B P & L Executive Fleets Trips that exceed 1 hour 15 minutes will be charged as, As Direct/ Hourly Service during Peak Hours.
Payment is due same-day of booking unless authorized by B P & L Executive Fleets or Representative.
* Customers can Choose to be picked up on curbside or inside of the airport for all international flights.
Chauffeurs are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers or luggage stated in verbal or written agreement and have the right to refuse service with the approval of B P & L Executive Fleets. We will always do our best to provide you a safe and stressed free transfer.
WAIT TIME:
All International Flights must CHECK-IN with Customs. Our courtesy wait time for international flights is 1 hour "after" flight has landed. When customers exceeds their courtesy wait time, we will begin to charge $1 a minute for 30 minutes and your pickup will then be charged as As Direct/ Hourly Service, at 3 hour minimum. If customer has children that require car seats, B P & L Executive Fleets must be notified when booking your pickup, an additional $15 per car seat will be charged unless customer has their own.
DOMESTIC FLIGHTS:
Our courtesy wait time for domestic flights 30 minutes after flight has landed. When customer exceeds their courtesy wait time, we will begin to charge $1 a minute for 30 minutes and your pickup will then be charged as As Direct/ Hourly Service, at 3 hours minimum rate.
POINT TO POINT:
Our courtesy wait time for point-to-point transfer is 15 minutes after scheduled pickup time. Customers that exceeds wait time will be charged $1 per minute for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes you will be charged as, As direct/ Hourly Service, with 3 hours minimum.
Any flight changes must be notified to B P & L Executive Fleets by customer(s) or driver immediately! In the event Chauffeur is dispatched and Customer is a no show, or cancels, 100% of the rate will be charged.
Individuals responsible for payment understands that all the positives and negative charges are accessed by BPL Executive Fleets and is not refundable if service is canceled. There is no smoking in any of our vehicles. Smoking is prohibited.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We will do our best to fulfill customers needs if there is a delayed flight, cancellation, diverted flight, passenger Miss flight or any other incidents. We will offer you re-booking without any additional charges once it's communicated to us within 48 hours for international flights and 24 hours for domestic flights. We will refund you 100% if you choose not to re-book once properly communicated by customers choosing.
WHAT'S YOUR RULES AND REGULATIONS?
1. No alcohol is supplied by BPL Executive Fleets.
2. No seat belts are provided in our stretched limos are party buses.
3. Everyone must remain seated in our Vans, Sedans SUVs or any other vehicles we put into service no exceptions!
4. No smoking, abuse, abrasive or physical misconduct while in or after transfer.
5. No glassware is permitted in vehicles without a contracted agreement.
6. No alcohol consumption for customers under 21 while in our limos.
7. No weapons are allowed in any of our vehicles without BP&L Executive Fleets approval.

We accept payment by phone using contactless payment method. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo and square. We accept cash with a 50% non-refundable deposit by way of debit or credit card (NO EXCEPTION!) remaining balance is due upon arrival NOT after service has been provided unless authorized by BP&L Executive Fleets or Representative.
